Create Assessments

  1. Easily create and edit assessments using our assessment builder. Choose from our easy-to-use drag and drop library and predefined responses, or create your own questions and answers.
  2. The assessment builder provides a variety of organizational features and controls. Leadership can curate assessments to fit their unique needs.
  3. Publish the Assessment!

Announce Assessments

  1. Use communication avenues your church normally uses (website, podcasts, bulletins, etc.) to announce the launch of a new assessment. Encourage members to participate.
  2. DiscipleBridge™ will provide a downloadable customized poster, as well as a QR code, to aid in any and all announcement applications.

View and Address Results

  1. There are multiple ways to view the data – view the congregation’s overall score, view the average score of each statement in the assessment, view individual results, or compare the results of those who have taken the assessment multiple times.
  2. Using the Guide feature, members can choose to work with an individual assigned by leadership to discuss and address results.
  3. Use the resulting data to have a discussion with the congregation. Talk about the results as they pertain to expectations, and where leadership can help.

Integrate Assessments in Teaching

  1. Use the Assessment Results to connect with the congregation. Use the results to address the overall effectiveness of your ministry – assessments can be useful in a variety of ways; from gauging the overall knowledge of the bible, or parts of the bible, to the well-being of the congregation.
  2. Encourage members to take assessments multiple times. For example, have members take an assessment that gauges their knowledge on the next book that will be discussed, and then have them take it after teaching the book. Comparing results from multiple scores gives Leadership tangible data on the effectiveness of their teaching style.
