Billing

We take great measures to keep the sign-up process and ongoing payments as easy to manage as possible.

The credit card on file will be charged each month. DiscipleBridge™ has no contractual agreements and can be canceled at any time.

The system will automatically graduate you to the next size based on the number of members using the platform. This means churches will only be charged for those using the site, and not for the entire congregation.

Users of the platform will be able to manage the card on file and view payment history. DiscipleBridge™ provides a secure Billing Portal in the My Site area, where these things can be managed.

Yes. The system will send notifications if there are any issues, current or pending, with the card on file.

Functionality

The most common questions about the platform can be answered to the right.

No installation necessary. DiscipleBridge™ is a standalone web platform. Churches that sign up to use the platform will be given a link that can be converted to a button to add to your website. Clicking this button will take congregants to your church’s DiscipleBridge™ login page.

Absolutely. This will be part of the signup process. Based on availability you will be able to select a name that identifies your congregation. We recommend using any social media handles already in use.

Yes. This is one of the strongest features of this tool. You can create an assessment from scratch, or use our library of pre-written statements and answers to get started.

Yes. There is no limit to how many assessments can be made – make as many as is necessary to effectively gauge the wellbeing of your congregation. Assessments can be created for the entire congregation, or for individual study groups. Additionally, assessments can be grouped to help keep them organized.

All assessment results will appear on the Assessment Dashboard. Leaders also have access to a User Dashboard where they can see all the accounts created, and have the ability to manage their roles on the platform.

Leaders and Coordinators are the only user levels that can create, edit or publish an assessment. Leaders can create an assessment for the entire congregation, or for a study group. Coordinators can only create assessments for their study group.

One of the core features of DiscipleBridge™ is the Guide interface and dashboard. Every church on the platform has the option to assign users as Guides. Furthermore, when building assessments, Guide availability can be turned on, off, or even curated – Guide availability can be managed per assessment, or by availability.

Yes, the platform gives leadership all the tools necessary to facilitate a stronger connection with each congregant.

Once your site is created, a QR code and customized 11″ x 17″ poster is generated and available under the My Site area for download. Use these tools to help get congregants to sign up and start taking assessments.
